Minimum and Maximum Cover and Menus

Mayhills Private Dining Area can accommodate up to 50 guests.

It is compulsory that any private dining bookings over 12 people will have to order from the set menu.

Our three-course private dining menu is £55pp and two-course private dining menu is £50pp.Sample menus can be found online here.

    Menu choice

  • Please note the food order must be placed a minimum of 5 days prior to your event.
  • There are 2 parts to the private dining area.
  • To hire out the vip area only you need to be a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 25.
  • To hire out the whole of the private dining area you have to be a minimum of 40 people.
  • What are the minimum spends for our private dining spaces?

  • Please note there is no minimum spend but a hire charge for the private dining of £100.
  • If you only want to hire out the vip area it is £350.
  • How to secure your booking?

  • Deposit fee is required to secure the reservation and your booking cannot be guaranteed until the fee has been paid.
  • Please be aware that your the hire fee is non-refundable and it does not go towards your bill on the booking day it is just to hire the private dining area.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

  • We understand plans can change so if you need to cancel your reservation we kindly ask you to inform us at least 7 days prior to the time and date of your event.
  • A cancellation fee of the full minimum spend will occur for any late cancellations.
  • Set menu will be provided upon request.
